Exchange & Refunds
Not quite right? Don’t worry! You have 7 days to return your product to us for an exchange. Your product should be returned to us within 7 days from the "Received" date. To exchange your product for a different product, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please courier your exchange item together with your receipt back to us or forward us the e-receipt via e-mail. The product being exchanged must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the product you request for exchange is out of stock, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Products returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.
